Young People and Drugs |
| Description |
The "Young People and Drugs" research project aims to advance understanding of the issues young people ages 12-18 years face.
The project will include young Australians from a wide range of backgrounds and from each Australian State and Territory. Young people will take part in focused discussions. A survey will be completed through organisations that work with young people, existing on-line forums, and via telephone interviews conducted by representatives of the Kids Help Line network. Professionals working with or representing young people will also be surveyed.
Main project outcomes will be an executive summary of all information gathered, as well as specific recommendations regarding gaps, emerging issues and possible actions to be taken.
